  • Around Day 14: Ovulation occurs signed with the bursting mature follicle helped by hormones and the releasing of egg from ovary.
  • Over the next few days after ovulation: The egg goes down the fallopian tube towards uterus. Fertilization can happen only if the sperm can unite with the ovum at this place. then, the fertilized egg will continue down to the fallopian tube and attach to the lining of the uterus.
  • Around Day 25: The hormone will drop down at this time if the egg is not fertilized. it is the signal of the next menstrual cycle, where the egg will break apart and be shed with the next period.
